On Saturday, December 31, 2022 Logan Lake RCMP were conducting routine patrols when they observed a vehicle in the parking lot of an apartment complex on Chartrand Ave.

The license plate markings appeared to have been altered, giving the appearance of having different letters on the license plate.

Police determined the license plate had been reported stolen. The truck, a 2007 GMC pickup truck, was also reported stolen out of Kamloops on December 25, 2022. The vehicle had been stripped of all aftermarket accessories. The vehicle has been seized for further examination and the investigation is ongoing.

The Logan Lake RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance to locate anyone with information in relation to the stolen truck. If anyone recalls seeing the stolen truck from December 25th to 31st 2022 you are asked to contact the police.

Police are requesting those who live in the area, to review any video surveillance that you may have for possible footage of the truck, said Cpl. Jarett Duncan Logan Lake RCMP.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Logan lake RCMP 250-523-6222.
