On May 25, 2022, Fort St John RCMP issued a media release requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a theft suspect from incidents at Canadian Tire in Fort St John.
As a result of the media release and the subsequent information that was received, a man was arrested over the weekend.
The man was arrested for Theft under $5000 and released on an Undertaking with the condition not to attend the business, with a future court date of August 28, 2022.
