On April 10, 2022, Squamish RCMP located and seized three bicycles that were covered under a blanket in the Industrial Park of Squamish. The bikes had varying degrees of value and because ownership could not be proven at the time, the bikes were seized for safekeeping.

One bike has already been reunited with it’s owner as it was previously reported stolen, however, two bikes remain in Police custody. Our member, an avid mountain biker himself, quickly noticed they did not appear to belong in the location they were discovered, and seized them to locate their owners says Sgt. Dan Pollock, Operations NCO.

Police know just how much bikes mean to people in this town and would like to see the following bikes, a Trek 7 and a Cannondale Scalpel, returned to their lawful owners.

If you recognize these bikes and can confirm ownership, please contact Squamish RCMP at 604-892-6100.
