On July 29, 2021, Fort St John RCMP requested the assistance of the public in locating a 54-year-old Kevin Devison, wanted on a warrant for Possession of Property Obtained by Crime.
Devison was located on August 26, 2021 and held for court while in Vancouver. Denison was found guilty of the change and was sentenced to 7 days jail time with 4 presentence days credit and 6 months probation with conditions to not possess break and enter tools.
