RCMP investigate theft of truck and tools in rural area

On August 2, 2021, the Fort St John RCMP received a report of a stolen vehicle from the Cecil Lake area.  A green 1995 GMC 2500 pickup was stolen some time between 5:00 pm on July 31 to 6:00 am on August 2. Cordless power tools were also missing from the location.

The Fort St John RCMP continue to investigate and are asking anyone who has information in this matter to contact police. If you have information about this incident or can assist in identifying suspects, you are asked to contact the Fort St John RCMP at 250-787-8100 or call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or submit a tip online at www.crimestoppersnebc.ca.
