Investigation concluded after potential suspect steps forward

On June 7, 2024, Fort St John RCMP published a media release requesting the assistance of the public to identify a man that police wished to speak with in regards to a suspicious occurrence believed to have occurred the day before.

On June 28, 2024, the man attended the Fort St John RCMP detachment to self identify to police and further cooperated with the investigation.
