Police release composite sketch of suspect in suspicious occurrence

Mackenzie RCMP are releasing a composite sketch in order to identify the driver from a suspicious occurrence.

On Thursday, March 9, 2023 at 11:30 am, Mackenzie RCMP received a report of a suspicious occurrence that had occurred.

A local student was walking along Stuart Drive when a black Ford F-150 drove by, then turned around and pulled up alongside the them.

The driver asked for help finding an address before offering the student a ride. She refused and the suspect became more insistent, telling her to get in the truck. The vehicle left without any further interaction.

The suspect is described as:

• Caucasian man
• Mid-thirties
• Clean shaven
• Wearing a salmon coloured hoodie, black sunglasses and grey baseball cap

The suspect vehicle has been described as:

• Black Ford F-150
• Brown leather seats
