Midway RCMP seeking public assistance in stolen vehicle investigations

On February 10th 2023 at approximately 4:30 a.m., a white Dodge service truck was stolen from a business in Midway and later recovered approximately 5 km away.
It was discovered that an unknown amount of tools was stolen from the Dodge truck.
During this same time, a black 1993 Ford F-150 was stolen from Vaagen Fibre, which is located in the same area where the Dodge service truck was stolen. The F-150 was later seen on surveillance camera in Midway and is believed to be associated to a silver Dodge Charger.
A man associated to the silver Dodge Charger was caught on surveillance camera as well.
The F-150 has a fuel tank on the back and has a long safety antenna on the left front corner of the box.
If you have any information or know the identity of the man associated to the car, please call the Midway RCMP at 250-449-2244 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
At this time police only wish to speak to the man as he was in the area when the theft occurred as he may have information that will assist in the investigation.
