The Fort St John RCMP is requesting the assistance of the public to locate 24-year-old, Jorja-Joe Kelly, who is currently wanted for on warrants for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle, Operating a Conveyance with Blood Drug Concentration Exceeding the Blood Drug Concentration for the Drug that is Prescribed by Regulation, 2 counts of Obstruct Peace Officer, 3 counts of Breach of Release Order and Unauthorized Possession of a Weapon.

• Caucasian female,
• 5 foot 1 inches tall (155 cm),
• 100 lbs (45 kg),
• Blue eyes,
• Blonde hair.
