Theft of farming equipment from Hat Creek Ranch

Ashcroft RCMP are requesting the public’s assistance in locating an irrigation hose reel that was stolen from Hat Creek Ranch overnight.

The irrigation hose reel, an Idrofoglia J1, model 40F125 (see attached photo), was stolen overnight on August 4th going into August 5th, 2022. It is believed that those responsible dismantled a fence to gain access to the ranch and steal the equipment.

Farming equipment is expensive and its loss can have a huge impact on businesses, stated Constable Richard Wright, Ashcroft RCMP. We are asking that the public keep an eye out for the stolen hose reel.
