On November 10, 2021 a significant quantity of money was located in downtown Qualicum Beach and turned in to Oceanside RCMP.
"The Oceanside RCMP is seeking to return the money it's rightful owner." says Sergeant Shane Worth, Oceanside RCMP Operations Support NCO "The owner will need to confirm some details, but we'll happily reunite them with their money"
