Mischief to local business

Hudson's Hope

On October 25, 2021, the Hudson’s Hope RCMP were advised of mischief done to an automated teller machine located in a business on the 10000 block of Beattie Drive in Hudson’s Hope British Columbia.

When staff arrived for work, it was noticed that someone appeared to attempt to break into the ATM causing damages to it.

A review of security camera footage in the area showed two unknown persons in the area wearing coveralls with reflective safety stripes on them at approximately 4:00 am. There is also evidence that a vehicle was parked on the lawn in front of the business

The investigation is ongoing with the assistance of the North District Forensic Identification Section.

The Hudson’s Hope RCMP is looking for any witnesses that may have seen something suspicious in the area of the 10000 block of Beattie Drive in Hudson’s Hope between 4:00 am and 4:45 am. Also if anyone driving through had a dashcam recording in this time, it may have caught the suspicious behavior.
