On April 8, 2021 at 7:13 p.m., a yet to be identified man allegedly smashed a window to the Sundowner Motel located at 1085 Trans-Canada Highway in Cache Creek, BC.

Video surveillance from the motel shows the unknown suspect, who is described as an older male with grey hair, of a slim build, seen wearing a jacket with a large "Sons of Anarchy" type crest on the back. Investigators believe that the same suspect also broke into a motor vehicle the same evening.

Ashcroft RCMP is releasing still images pulled from the video surveillance footage in an effort to identify the suspect and advance its ongoing investigation.

If you witnessed either incident and have not yet spoken to police, or you can identify the man you are asked to call Cst. Lisa Nicholls of the Ashcroft RCMP at 250-453-2216. Or remain completely anonymous by calling Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
