After 8 months, the arson remains unsolved

Stewart RCMP continue to investigate an arson from November 2019 and hope the public can help. On Monday, November 18th, 2019, the Stewart RCMP were notified of an arson that had occurred at the Lax an zok Fish Camp, located on the Meziadin River, in Meziadin BC. All the cabins and walkway had been completely burnt to the ground.

Someone knows something and we hope that they come forward with the information that may help us solve this crime, said Stewart RCMP Detachment Commander Corporal Derek Rondeau. This crime has devastated the community and the effects are far reaching.
