A staff member from Aqua Clear Bottlers in Terrace reported that bloody handprints were left on three vehicles in their parking lot overnight.

Terrace RCMP attended the scene on September 22, 2021 and noticed one red handprint on three different vehicles. No other damage was noted.

Police investigated further to determine if any other recent files had been reported where there may be concern for missing or injured persons. No such reports were found.

The red substance appeared to be washing away in the rain and police believe that it may have been costume blood that had been deliberately placed there. No criminality is suspected at this time in relation to this incident of mischief.

If you have any information about this incident, contact the Terrace RCMP at 250-638-7400 or contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
