100 Mile House RCMP along with RCMP Cariboo Regional Traffic Services (CRTS), RCMP Cariboo Crime Reduction Unit ( CCRU - Williams Lake RCMP) and CVSE completed a Joint Force Operation on Prolific Offenders and Prohibited Drivers in 100 Mile House BC.
On Friday, October 23 2020, 100 Mile House RCMP along with the above assisting units completed a Joint Force Operation organized by our local Crime Reduction Unit in the 100 Mile House area targeting local and regional prolific offenders and prohibited drivers.
The results of the operation were very successful. Several impaired investigations were initiated involving prolific offenders. The suspect van, which was seen in the photos involving the recent counterfeit money usage (OM RCMP file 2020-3633) in our jurisdiction, was located and given a Box 1 Notice and Order with associated Motor Vehicle Act offences. Several other minor vehicle infractions were noted as well as patrols continued through the evening hours.
100 Mile House RCMP will be continuing this type of action moving forward working with various other policing partners to build intelligence and further crime reduction in our area.
