Wanted: Fabian Brown

Surrey RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance with locating a man wanted an outstanding warrant in relation to multiple charges.

On February 17, 2023, an arrest warrant was issued for 49-year-old Fabian Yul Brown. He is wanted on serious charges including, kidnapping, assault, unlawful confinement, uttering threats, break and enter, fraud, and possession of stolen property.

Surrey RCMP General Investigation Unit have been actively working to locate Fabian Brown since the warrant was issued for his arrest. Despite efforts, he has not been located and public assistance is being sought.

Fabian Brown is described as a 6’3 male, bald, with brown eyes. He is known to frequent Vancouver, BC.

If you see Fabian Brown, do not approach him, call 911. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Fabian Brown is asked to contact the Surrey RCMP at 604-599-0502.
