Drug Trafficking Charges Laid

A 62 year old Sechelt male is facing drug charges after a drug raid in Sechelt.  Sunshine Coast RCMP had been investigating allegations of drug trafficking out of a residence in the 5500 block of Inlet Avenue.

On February 17, 2022, the RCMP executed a search warrant at the residence, seized cash, a wide variety of illegal drugs and arrested the male suspect.  On May 10th charges associated to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act were approved in Sechelt Provincial Court.

Anthony Benedict PEARCE is facing three charges for possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking in fentanyl, lysergic acid diethlamide (LSD) and Methamphetamine.
