Hwy 99 southbound re-opened to traffic

Richmond RCMP is advising that the South bound lanes of Hwy 99 at the Cambie Road overpass have been reopened to traffic.  The westbound lane over the Cambie Road overpass remains closed along with the pedestrian walkway.
