12 Crime Prevention/Safety Holiday Tips
With the holiday season in full swing, a few quick reminders on how to keep you and your gifts safe and secure.
- Do not share your personal banking information with anyone! We need to do all that we can to protect ourselves from online fraud, credit & debit card fraud, identity theft and more!
- If shopping online, only shop on trusted sites and never save your credit card information on that site, for future purchases
- Be attentive while shopping. Do not get distracted with using your phone to text while shopping from store to store. Always be aware of your surroundings and who is around you and watch for any suspicious behavior.
While we understand our posts may sometimes repeat some tips... there are never enough reminders that can be shared to enhance safety in our community.
