Police investigating break and enter on Hillside

The Kamloops RCMP Detachment is looking for information related to a commercial break and enter on Hillside Drive last night.

On Jan. 23, 2023, just before 10 p.m., Kamloops RCMP frontline officers were called to an alarm report on the 1300-block of Hillside Drive where a suspect damaged a door and gained entry into a store.

Police attended but were unable to locate a suspect, said Corporal Crystal Evelyn, Kamloops RCMP spokesperson. At the time of the report, it was unknown what exactly had been taken.

The suspect was described as wearing light coloured shoes, black pants, gloves, mask, and a black hood with an over sized jacket.
