Update: truck identified

On Oct. 13, 2022, the Kamloops RCMP Detachment requested the public’s assistance in identifying the owner of a white truck with yellow cones in the back, following a collision near Valleyview on Oct. 4.

Since then, the truck’s driver contacted police, helping to further the investigation. Related images have been deleted from the original release as a result.

The Kamloops RCMP Detachment thanks the public and the media for its assistance.
