Come support the Law Enforcement Torch Run with Coquitlam RCMP

Coquitlam RCMP is inviting the public to come out and support the annual Law Enforcement Torch Run on Thursday, June 8, 2023.

Runners are lacing up to make a difference for Special Olympics British Columbia. Participants are running to raise awareness and vital funds for Special Olympic British Columbia athletes and programs.

Event Details:

Date: Thursday, June 8, 2023
Time: 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Location: Buchannan Square at 3000 Burlington Drive, Coquitlam
Route length: 2.5 km

Join us for lunch! Pizza meals (including chips and a drink) and a 50/50 draw will be available for purchase during the event with all proceeds going to Special Olympics BC.

The Law Enforcement Torch Run is an innovative initiative powered by dedicated law enforcement personnel from around the world who want to help Special Olympic athletes experience: acceptance, achievement and admiration through sport.

We are inviting the public to attend and join our portion of the Law Enforcement Torch Run on June 8, 2023 to help us support Special Olympic British Columbia athletes, said Corporal Alexa Hodgins from the Coquitlam RCMP.
