Update #1 Missing person located

Coquitlam RCMP is updating the public that the 71-year-old female reported missing on July 29, 2022, has been located deceased.
Police have completed the next of kin notifications and investigators are working with the BC Coroners Service to determine the exact cause of death. There is no foul play suspected at this time, and no current risk to the public.
The Coquitlam RCMP offers deepest condolences to her family and friends.
