Police investigate suspicious death

On Tuesday, July 18, 2023 Prince George RCMP responded to the complaint of a home invasion in the 2100 Block of Upland Street in the city which has resulted in the death of a 22-year-old woman.

Prince George Serious Crime Unit, Forensic Services and BC Coroner service are engaged. Police believe this was a targeted event and do not believe there to be a further risk to the general public. There is no further information available at this time. More information may be released as it becomes available.
