Investigation into school bus vandalism

On the early hours of Friday, November 12, 2021, the Prince George RCMP received a call about a school bus that was on fire at Cedars Christian School, located at 600 Preston Road. When police arrived at the location, they found the school bus was fully on fire.

Video surveillance obtained by investigators shows a pickup truck leaving the area at the time of the fire. Police are looking to speak with anyone who knows who was a driver or passenger of this vehicle on the morning of November 12th, or who knows the owner of the vehicle or of its current whereabouts, states Cpl. Jennifer Cooper, Media Relations Officer for the Prince George RCMP.

The vehicle is described as a white, early 2000’s Ford F350 extended cab, with a silver or grey truck box. It may have some body damage to the front driver’s side.
