The suspect, a 64-year old man from Richmond, was located and arrested a short time later. No one was injured, and the man has since been remanded in custody. 1) In the vicinity of No. 4 Road and Finn Road at approximately noon;

2) On Granville Avenue between No. 4 and No. 5 Road at approximately 10:30 a.m. and again at approximately 12:50 p.m.; and

3) On South West Marine Drive and Blenheim Street, in Vancouver, at approximately 2:30 p.m.

Anyone with dash-cam video of traffic in these locations during these times on September 13th is asked to please call the Richmond RCMP non-emergency line at 604-278-1212 and quote file number 2021-25173.
