Police looking for witnesses after elderly pedestrian hit by vehicle April 7th.

Richmond RCMP is seeking the public’s help as they investigate a serious motor-vehicle collision that sent an elderly pedestrian to hospital with serious injuries on April 7th.

Shortly before noon on Wednesday, April 7th, an 85 year-old man was hit by a grey Honda Accord at the intersection of Capstan Way and Garden City Road. The driver of the vehicle involved remained on scene and was cooperative with police and emergency crews. The elderly Richmond resident was transported to hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
