Cops for Cancer Tour de North fundraiser – don’t miss out!

Prince George RCMP is proud to once again be hosting a rider on the Cops for Cancer Tour de North, an annual cycling event where police agencies and emergency service personnel cycle for seven days across 850 km of Northern B.C., raising money for pediatric cancer research and support services at the Canadian Cancer Society.

Corporal Meghan Driscoll, a 20-year member of the RCMP, will be riding with Tour de North this year. She is looking forward to the opportunity to bring awareness to this annual event and is hoping to exceed her goal of raising $3,000.

She has partnered with two other Prince George Tour de North riders to host a Pub Night at the Canadian Brewhouse on May 24 at 6:00 p.m. Tickets are $35 and include a burger and beverage. There will also be a silent auction and a 50/50 draw.

Tickets can be purchased at the Prince George RCMP Detachment at 455 Victoria Street. Cash only, please note we are unable to make change.
