The Sea to Sky RCMP are preparing to welcome people to Community Town Hall meetings next week at the invitation of Officer in Charge, Inspector Robert Dykstra, emphasizing We are your RCMP.

These meetings are important for the Sea to Sky RCMP to consult with, and hear from the community and policing partners about their expectations for the delivery of policing services and desired activities and outcomes for policing.

Town Hall dates and times:

For those wishing to participate online by Zoom, go to the following link on the date and time of the meeting you wish to attend: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/3066107166 and if prompted for the meeting ID, enter 306 610 7166.

We have national and provincial strategic goals and accountability, says Robert Dykstra, Officer in Charge of the Sea to Sky RCMP. Equally important, we are your RCMP, the Sea to Sky’s RCMP, and we want our work to directly reflect on our communities needs and wants. We are using some innovative ideas at these Town Halls to ensure peoples’ ideas are captured and for us to action.

Light refreshments will be served at the Town Halls.
