BC RCMP Federal Serious and Organized Crime (FSOC) program is requesting the public’s help in locating a wanted person.

Duc Quan Phung, 36 years old, is wanted for the following offences:

Production of a Controlled substance, Contrary to Section 7(1) CDSA

Possessing a Controlled Drug/Substance for the purpose of trafficking, contrary to section 5(2) CDSA

Phung’s descriptors are the following:

• Age: 36
• Height: 180cm
• Weight: 65kg
