Update to missing person investigation, Leon Sinclair.

A missing person's investigation was launched on October 27, 2022 in Houston, BC, after family reported that they had not seen Sinclair since November 2021. (See Houston Media Release 2022-2382.)
Throughout the course of the investigation, RCMP have followed up on different leads and now believe that he may have been in the Terrace area as recently as November 18, 2022, based on a witness statement.
Sinclair may be using the aliases of Evan Sinclair
or Evan Leon
.
He is believed to have been residing at an address in the New Remo area of Terrace at one point, and in Thornhill area at another time, while also believed to have frequented the Northern Motor Inn Restaurant.
It is likely that Sinclair is actively evading police.

Sinclair is described as:
- Indigenous man
- 56 years old
- 5’9
- 181 lb
- Brown eyes
- Black hair
- Usually wears jeans, t-shirts and leather loafers
