• Assaulting a police officer
• Mischief under $5000
• Breach of release order

Sean-Patrick Edward Smith is described as:

• Caucasian male
• 6’0 (183 cm)
• 172 lb (78 kg)
• Brown hair
• Hazel eyes
• Tattoo on his left upper arm: In memory of Frank W Smith
