The Langley RCMP is asking for the public’s help regarding a hit and run investigation involving a pedestrian.

On November 9, 2024, shortly after 3:30am, the Langley RCMP responded to a pedestrian that was in medical distress in the 21600 Block of 16th Avenue. Initial investigation in the area revealed that the pedestrian was struck by a vehicle, however, no vehicles remained on scene.

Police have now identified the make and model of the suspect vehicle and believe that it is a 2022-2023 model year Ford F150 Lightning Lariat edition that is black in colour. The vehicle would have had damages to its right side mirror and the charging port cover.

We are asking for the public’s help to locate and identify the vehicle involved and speak with the driver and registered owner, says Sgt. Zynal Sharoom of the Langley RCMP.

Anyone with information pertaining to this incident is requested to contact the Langley RCMP and quote file 2024-36546.
