File # 2024-1372
On November 18, 2024, the family of 30-year-old Chantelle Moore reported her missing to the Surrey RCMP after not hearing from her for an extended period of time. As a result of a robust investigation led by the Surrey RCMP and Langley RCMP, investigators determined that Ms. Moore was last seen at a hotel in Langley and no one has heard from her since late October.
What began as a missing person investigation has now been taken over by the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team (IHIT) due to recent information suggesting Ms. Moore’s disappearance to be suspicious.
A lot of questions remain unanswered,
says Sgt. Freda Fong of IHIT. Chantelle’s family and loved ones deserve to know what happened to her and we will continue to work with Langley RCMP to advance this case.
Anyone who may have information is asked to contact the IHIT Information Line at 1-877-551-IHIT (4448) or by email at ihitinfo@rcmp-grc.gc.ca.
