Single vehicle incident with injuries

On November 20, 2024 at approximately 2:30 p.m., Sidney North Saanich RCMP were called to a single vehicle incident with multiple injuries at the 2300 block of Beacon Ave in Sidney, BC. Police, Fire and BC Ambulance Service attended to assist the parties involved. Multiple people were injured and have been taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police are actively investigating the cause of the crash and but have determined that alcohol was not a factor in the incident. Our officers are working hard at determining the cause of the motor vehicle incident and would like to thank all those to assisted, says Cpl. Brett Urano BC RCMP spokesperson.

The Sidney North Saanich requests that anyone who witnessed the incident and has not spoken to an investigator or has dash camera footage of the incident to contact them at 250-656-3931.
