Surrey RCMP is seeking the public’s assistance regarding an assault which took place in Newton.
On November 14, 2024 at approximately 1:45 pm, police responded to a report of a stabbing in the 7100 block of 135 Street, Surrey. Police arrived and located two male youths, ages 11 and 13 years, who sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Both youths were transported to hospital for further assessment.
Prior to Police being called, the suspect male fled on foot towards a fitness company at 7093 King George Blvd.
The suspect male is described as:
- Black male
- Approximately 5 feet 5 inches
- Believed to be mid to late teens
- Wearing black Nike medical mask
- Black hoodie or sweater
- Black pants
- Black Nike shoes
Surrey RCMP is seeking witnesses and dashcam footage prior to and after 1:45 pm on November 14, 2024 in the area of 7100 Block of 135 Street, Surrey, or the parking lot of 7093 King George Blvd.
