Police Seeking Witnesses of SUV and Mobility Scooter Incident

West Shore RCMP is seeking witnesses and dash-cam video for an incident between a mobility scooter and a SUV.

At approximately 3:00 p.m. on Monday, October 14, 2024 the West Shore RCMP Traffic Unit responded to a report of a grey SUV that may have made contact with a mobility scooter while pulling out of a retail parking lot in the 700 block of Goldstream Avenue.

It is alleged that after the possible contact, the driver of the mobility scooter may have caused damage to the hood of the SUV with his fist.

Anyone who may have witnessed this incident, please call the West Shore RCMP at 250-474-2264.

Additionally, if you were driving in the area at the time and have dash camera footage, please check your footage for the time period of October 14 between 2:45 p.m. and 3:15 p.m. as you may have captured footage of the incident.
