BCHP investigating fatal collision that shuts down Highway #5

BC Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal single-vehicle collision that has shut down a portion of Highway #5 just north of Vinsulla, BC.

The collision was reported at 7:00 a.m. on October 8, 2024. The woman who was driving, and lone occupant of the vehicle, died at scene.

BC Highway Patrol will update this story when the road re-opens.
