BC RCMP Recruiting would like to thank the three members of the Out on Patrol team who presented to applicants at the RCMP Career Presentation on June 25th, 2024.

While the RCMP always welcomes applicants from diverse groups, as part of Pride month we extended a special invitation to those applicants who identify as 2SLGBTQ+. said Staff Sergeant Lorena Rostie.

Session highlights included:

• First hand experiences of police officers associated with the 2SLGBTQ+ community
• Information about the "Out on Patrol" non-profit society and it’s membership
• Information about applying to the RCMP, Training at the RCMP Training Academy Depot and the career opportunities in the RCMP
