2023-2968 – Break, enter and theft
On June 27, 2023 Sea to Sky Whistler RCMP received a report of a break and enter from a construction site. Approximately $15,000 - $20,000 worth of tools and miscellaneous items were stolen. Police are asking anyone who noticed anything suspicious between the hours of 6:00 p.m. on June 26, 2023 and 6:00 a.m. on June 27, 2023 to contact the Sea to Sky Whistler RCMP office at (604) 932-3044.
2023-3034 / 3062 / 3078 / 3080 / 3090 / 3102 - Impaired driving investigations
Sea to Sky Whistler conducted a number of impaired driving investigations involving both local and non-local drivers. In one investigation, the proactive check resulted in a roadside prohibition issued to a novice driver who was also ticketed for a number of infractions related to driving contrary to the N
restrictions.
Canada Day wrap-up
Sea to Sky Pemberton and Whistler RCMP Members were pleased to participate in the Canada Day parade in Pemberton. While there was no Canada Day parade held in Whistler, the Sea to Sky Whistler RCMP Members were seen out in the Village in their red serge, showing their pride to be serving for Canada.
