Police seek public assistance in identifying masked suspect in robbery with a knife.

On November 2, 2022 at 7:30 pm, Terrace RCMP received a report of a robbery at a local liquor store on the 4600 block of Lakelse Ave. Staff at the store reported that one male suspect entered the store wearing a black Halloween mask with a skull on the front stating, are you gonna give me a bottle?
The suspect flashed a knife in his waistband, eventually drawing it out at the staff. The suspect made off with bottles of liquor and fled on foot. No one was injured in this incident.
The suspect is described as:
- Male
- 6 feet tall
- Slim build
- Wearing black jeans, black shirt, black socks (no shoes) at the time
- Black Halloween mask with white skull face
- May have a tattoo on the back of his right hand
Police are asking if anyone has information about this suspect or has surveillance of him before or after the robbery to contact the Terrace RCMP at 250-638-7400 or contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
