On Wednesday, August 17, 2022 between 4:00 am and 5:30 am, police were advised that an alarm had been activated at the A&W in Fort Nelson, BC.
Police attended and saw obvious signs of a break and enter, however no one was located inside the building. Through investigation, it was determined that cash had been taken during the offence. Police were able to review video surveillance and a suspect is seen inside.
The suspect is described as:
- Caucasian male
- 5'10 to 6' tall
- Wearing leather skate shoes, black track pants with a reflective stripe on the ankles, a "Hustle Gang" sweater, and a grey/black face mask.
- Possibly has tattoos on his left forearm near the wrist.
If anyone has any information in relation to the investigation, contact the Northern Rockies RCMP Detachment at 250-774-2700.
